Jesse has over 7 years of client and contract management experience in the agricultural industry and 2 years of project and contract management in the landscape industry. Jesse has managed agricultural design projects ranging in cost from $5,000 to $250,000 and spanning over 12 months. His extensive on-site experience has made him a seasoned farm layout and concept designer. He has over 6 years of experience leading teams of designers, engineers and professional colleagues in bringing agricultural facility expansion plans to reality. This experience creates a strong leadership role at Outland Design, both as a partner and consultant. 

Ben brings over 15 years of experience in Technical Illustrations, Site Analysis, GIS, and modeling to the Outland Design team. He is involved in all design projects from the field survey through construction documentation. Ben ensures thorough and consistent concept and construction illustrations, details and drawings. His experience is not only in agricultural design, but also several other industries and lends to a well-rounded understanding and feel for project-based design. Ben works very closely with Jesse, the project manager, in designing construction plans that satisfy both the clients’ needs and governmental regulations in an efficient and timely manner. 

Civil & environmental engineer with over twenty years of experience in the engineering, planning, and management of a variety of projects. Mike is experienced in storm water design, site planning, grading and erosion control, waste storage, waste transfer, and waste treatment, as well as, associated permitting and grant writing. His experience includes the public and private sectors, as well as, some international work. Mike is licensed as a Professional Engineer in MN, MO, and WI.
